The Supporting Pandemic Affected Community Enterprises program supports entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking to open first brick-and-mortar locations or expand into vacant storefronts in Boston commercial districts.
Eligibility
Boston entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking a new or expanded commercial storefront location, with priority for businesses that activate vacant spaces and strengthen neighborhood corridors.
Requirements
- Apply through the City of Boston SPACE Grant process when open
- Provide a business plan and proposed storefront location
- Complete technical assistance and reporting requirements if awarded
