Vermont food retailers, food processors, food aggregators, distributors, food hubs, institutions, nonprofits, and producer associations. Pure farm production and meat/poultry-only projects excluded. 50% match required (25% for historically underserved applicants).

- Not exclusively meat or poultry projects
- Not exclusive to farm production
