About this program
The Albany Community Development Agency secures and manages annual HUD Community Development Block Grant funds for projects that benefit low- and moderate-income Albany residents, improve neighborhoods, address blight, support public facilities and services, and expand economic opportunity.
Eligibility
Community groups, nonprofits, public agencies, and businesses with eligible projects serving low- and moderate-income residents or qualifying Albany neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Meet HUD CDBG eligible activity and national objective rules
- Submit project scope, budget, beneficiary data, and compliance materials to ACDA
- Comply with federal procurement, environmental review, labor standards, reporting, and civil rights requirements
