$28 million competitive FY2026 program for NJ municipalities and counties to fund projects enhancing safe movement of large truck traffic, bridge renewal, and economic development through freight improvements.

Eligibility
New Jersey municipalities and counties. Projects must be within the jurisdictional limits of the applicant unless filed jointly with an adjacent municipality/county. Eligible categories include bridge preservation, new construction, pavement preservation, roadway preservation, truck safety and mobility, and pedestrian safety.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a NJ municipality or county
- Project must be within the applicant's jurisdictional limits
- Joint applications with adjacent municipalities or counties are allowed
