About this program
Montgomery County created a microloan program that provides loans ranging from $500 to $15,000 for county residents needing help to start and grow small businesses. Loans are provided through experienced microloan partners including Latino Economic Development Center and Life Asset.
Eligibility
Montgomery County residents who headquarter their business in Montgomery County and meet partner lender underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through LEDC or Life Asset as county microloan provider
- Demonstrate county residency and business location in Montgomery County
- Provide business, financial, and use-of-funds documentation
