Eligibility
Eligible downtown Salinas eateries in the Central City Overlay District Downtown Core that hold required food service permits, a City business license, and an approved or pending sidewalk café encroachment permit.
Requirements
- Operate an eligible eatery in the Salinas Central City Overlay District Downtown Core
- Be permitted to serve food or beverages for on-premise consumption under State of California, Monterey County Health Department, and City requirements
- Hold a current City of Salinas business license
