Kansas Aviation Learning Opportunities and Funded Training supports aviation and aerospace workforce development by providing training funds for eligible Kansas employers. Wichita aviation and aerospace companies can use the program to strengthen skill pipelines and train employees in high-demand roles.
Eligibility
Kansas aviation and aerospace employers with eligible workforce training needs.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Kansas Department of Commerce on eligible training
- Provide company, trainee, training provider, and cost information
- Complete approved training and reporting requirements
