About this program
The City of Little Rock administers HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds to promote low-income affordable housing activities. HOME funds can support affordable housing development, rehabilitation, and related housing investments through qualified developers, community housing development organizations, nonprofit housing organizations, and public partners.
Eligibility
Qualified nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, developers, public partners, and eligible housing providers with affordable housing projects serving low-income households in Little Rock may seek HOME funding when available.
Requirements
- Project must serve eligible low-income households in Little Rock.
- Applicant must be an eligible housing developer, CHDO, nonprofit, public partner, or housing provider.
- Project must meet HUD HOME eligible activity and affordability requirements.
