About this program
The City of Arlington and Arlington Economic Development Corporation use Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreements to offer grants of city funds to stimulate business activity. Agreements are based on jobs created, capital investment, redevelopment, and other approved performance metrics in the city’s policy.
Eligibility
Companies and developers with qualifying Arlington projects that meet local economic development policy goals and receive city approval.
Requirements
- Engage Arlington Economic Development Corporation before project commitment
- Provide project scope, investment, jobs, wages, site, fiscal impact, and public benefit information
- Secure agreement approval and comply with performance, reporting, and clawback terms
