About this program
The Downtown Kingsport Association Downtown Improvement Grant offers funding to enhance commercial building facades within the Downtown Redevelopment District, with support from Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development funding and First Tennessee Development District administration.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners and businesses with eligible facade or exterior improvement projects within the Kingsport Downtown Redevelopment District.
Requirements
- Complete the Kingsport DIG application
- Upload the application and required project documentation through the First Tennessee Development District submission process
- Receive approval before beginning work and comply with reimbursement and project completion requirements
