Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, and public-private partners meeting HOME and City of Oakland housing requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Oakland housing funding solicitations when available
- Provide site control, development budget, financing plan, affordability commitments, and readiness documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental, procurement, and reporting rules
