Minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses with controlling interest held by minority or female owner(s), operating in Alabama.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by minority or female individuals
- Must be a socially and economically disadvantaged commercial entity
- Certification valid for two years
