CDC Small Business Finance, part of Momentus Capital, provides SBA 504 loans and other financing products that help small businesses purchase, build, or improve commercial real estate and acquire major equipment.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses in San Diego and other markets meeting SBA 504 size, occupancy, use-of-proceeds, job creation, credit, and owner-occupancy requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through CDC Small Business Finance with lender participation
- Provide business financials, project cost, real estate or equipment information, equity injection, and SBA eligibility documents
- Meet SBA underwriting, collateral, job creation, and closing requirements
