About this program
The Wyoming Business Council Business Ready Community Loan program provides repayable financing to eligible public entities for infrastructure and facilities that support business development. Loans can be used for projects such as industrial parks, site improvements, utilities, buildings, and other assets needed to attract or expand businesses. Local governments and eligible public entities apply on behalf of economic development projects.
Eligibility
Wyoming local governments, joint powers boards, and tribes seeking repayable financing for eligible business development infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible Wyoming public entity or tribe.
- Project must support business development, retention, expansion, or recruitment.
- Funds must be used for eligible infrastructure or facilities.
