Eligibility
California businesses, fleet operators, and individuals purchasing or deploying qualifying low-carbon transportation technologies. Sub-programs include HVIP (medium/heavy duty EVs) and CORE (off-road equipment).
Requirements
- Must purchase eligible zero-emission or low-carbon transportation equipment
- Must be a California-based buyer or fleet operator
- Must apply through the applicable sub-program (HVIP, CORE, etc.)
