Eligibility
Massachusetts employers of any size that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Technology companies can use funds to upskill employees in software development, cybersecurity, data science, and other technical disciplines.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- Must develop a customized training plan with a qualified training vendor
- Training must benefit Massachusetts-based employees
