Developers, property owners, and businesses with qualifying redevelopment or economic development projects in Cleveland.
Requirements
- Demonstrate project eligibility and need for TIF assistance
- Submit development budget, financing gap, public benefits, site information, and project scope
- Receive city approvals and comply with development agreement, reporting, and performance terms
