North Little Rock uses HOME funds with Habitat for Humanity's local partner to develop affordable homes and provide zero-interest financing for eligible buyers.

About this program

The City of North Little Rock uses HOME Investment Partnerships Program resources through its Community Development Agency to expand affordable housing choices for low- and moderate-income residents. The city partners with Pulaski County Neighborhood Alliance for Habitat, a supporting organization of Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas, to develop new affordable housing in North Little Rock. The partner constructs energy-efficient homes and offers zero percent interest financing to eligible low-income homebuyers.

Eligibility

Eligible low-income homebuyers and approved affordable housing partners serving North Little Rock may participate in HOME-funded housing activities when funding and program eligibility requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Homebuyer or project must be located in North Little Rock or serve eligible North Little Rock residents.
  • Homebuyer must meet applicable low-income eligibility requirements.
  • Homebuyer must work with Pulaski County Neighborhood Alliance for Habitat or the approved program partner.
