WVEDA Commercial Loan Insurance Program (CLINS) for Food Service Businesses
WVEDA insures up to 80% of a commercial bank loan (up to $500,000) for West Virginia restaurants and food service businesses that cannot obtain conventional financing for equipment, renovations, or working capital.

Eligibility
West Virginia-based restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food trucks, and catering businesses that cannot obtain conventional bank financing. Eligible for fixed assets or working capital. Construction loans and lines of credit do not qualify.
Requirements
- Business must be based in West Virginia
- Submit project summary and business plan
- Submit company and personal financial statements
