Eligibility
Small businesses including retailers in Minnesota communities adversely impacted by structural racial discrimination, civil unrest, lack of access to capital, loss of population, or lack of regional economic diversification. Distributed through legislatively named partner organizations.
Requirements
- Must be a small business in an eligible community
- Must work with a designated PROMISE Act community partner organization
- Funds may be used for working capital, payroll, rent, utilities, or equipment
