Eligibility
501(c)(3) nonprofits, community-based organizations, and coalitions operating in San Bernardino County or Riverside County and aligned with IEHP Foundation priority populations and vital conditions.
Requirements
- Review IEHP Foundation open grant opportunities
- Submit organization, project, budget, priority population, community need, and impact information
- Comply with grant agreement, reporting, and use-of-funds requirements
