Eligibility
Eligible borrowers include hospitals, private physician and dental practices, community health centers, long-term care providers, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and others in West Virginia.
Requirements
- Must be a West Virginia health care provider or organization
- Loan must be for capital improvement needs: pre-construction, land, new facilities, renovation, equipment, technology, bridge financing, or practice acquisition
- Must demonstrate ability to repay
