The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority Façade RENEW program incentivizes commercial property and small business owners to revitalize storefronts and building facades along targeted commercial corridors. The program has supported exterior improvements that strengthen neighborhood commercial corridors and small business visibility.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners and small business owners on eligible New Orleans commercial corridors identified by NORA.
Requirements
- Property must be on an eligible corridor or target area
- Submit facade application, project scope, cost estimates, and ownership or tenant documentation
- Receive NORA approval before beginning reimbursable work
