Small loans for retail and service businesses in covered commercial districts. Working capital loans up to $15,000 and fixed asset loans up to $20,000.
Eligibility
For-profit retail, professional, or commercial service businesses with 50 or fewer FTEs in an eligible service area.
Requirements
- Must be a for-profit retail, professional or commercial service business
- Must have 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees
- Must be located in designated service delivery area
