Downtown Shreveport properties within DDA boundaries that contribute to the DDA through ad valorem taxes and are current on payment.
Requirements
- Property must be within downtown boundaries and current on DDA ad valorem taxes
- Document project costs and proposed eligible lighting work
- Enter into funding agreement and complete final inspection before grant payment
