Certified Targeted Small Businesses receive listing in a state procurement directory, access to state purchasing opportunities 48 hours before public posting, and invitations to TSB-exclusive networking events and state contracting outreach.

Eligibility
Must hold current TSB certification from IEDA; business must be majority owned, operated, and managed by a woman, minority, service-connected disabled veteran, or individual with a disability; gross income under $4 million.
