Eligibility
Eligible accelerator-endorsed licensees may claim the credit after providing qualifying technical and capital support to a social equity licensee for at least 12 consecutive months under Colorado law.
Requirements
- Hold an accelerator endorsement and host or support a qualifying social equity licensee
- Provide technical and capital support for at least 12 consecutive months
- Comply with Department of Revenue tax-credit claiming and documentation requirements
