OneGeorgia Authority Equity Fund
Provides grant and loan funding to rural Georgia local governments and development authorities for economic development capacity building, including land acquisition, infrastructure, business relocation assistance, and entrepreneur support.
About this program
Pre-applications are due 30 days before the full application deadline. Full applications are due the second Friday of designated months. Submit pre-applications via email to the OneGeorgia Authority.
Eligibility
Local governments, local-government authorities, and joint or multi-county development authorities in rural Georgia counties (and certain conditionally eligible counties). Counties over 500,000 population are excluded. Businesses access funding indirectly through partnership with eligible local applicants.
