About this program
The Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico Direct Loan product provides term financing for small and medium businesses for working capital, machinery and equipment, permanent improvements, and purchase or construction of real property.
Eligibility
Eligible small and medium businesses in Puerto Rico, including Ponce businesses, meeting BDE credit and project requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through BDE online or business banking center
- Provide business plan, financials, ownership, credit, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation
- Contribute required equity when applicable and complete credit approval and closing
