Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses independently owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who meet federal DBE or ACDBE standards.
Requirements
- Operate as a small business under applicable DBE or ACDBE size standards.
- Be independently owned and controlled by qualifying disadvantaged owner or owners.
- Submit the Oklahoma Uniform Certification Program application and required supporting documentation.
