NMSDC MBE certification for Massachusetts minority-owned businesses connecting them to corporate procurement opportunities; as of September 15, 2025, all certifications are handled by NMSDC directly via The NMSDC Hub (formerly processed by SMSDC — the Southern New England MSDC regional affiliate); NMSDC connects certified MBEs to 1,400+ corporate members; distinct from SDO MBE (which covers state government contracting).

Eligibility
For-profit businesses at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by a member of a recognized ethnic minority group (African American, Hispanic, Asian Pacific Islander, Asian Indian, or Native American) who is a U.S. citizen in Massachusetts.
