Eligibility
Local governments, federally recognized tribes, and economic development organizations in Washington state seeking funding for public infrastructure improvements that support private sector business growth, including construction-related economic development.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a local government, tribe, or qualifying economic development entity in Washington state
- Funding must be for public infrastructure supporting private business growth
- Cash match of 20% of total project cost required
