Eligibility
Commercial businesses with gross annual sales up to $9 million averaged over previous three years; commercial property owners with net worth up to $9 million and liquid assets up to $500,000. Must be located in an eligible Chicago TIF district.
Requirements
- Business must be in an eligible Chicago TIF district
- Gross annual sales must not exceed $9 million on average over prior three years
- Property owner net worth must not exceed $9 million
