The Small and Simple Grant Program supports Bloomington neighborhood organizations with small-scale projects such as landscaping, tree planting, benches, and other neighborhood improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible Bloomington neighborhood organizations and neighborhood-based groups.
Requirements
- Apply between January 1 and September 1 or until funds are exhausted
- Submit project narrative, budget, and volunteer documentation if applicable
- Complete vendor and reimbursement documentation
