Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Ohio businesses that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more socially or economically disadvantaged individuals who meet Ohio MBE certification rules.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by qualifying minority owners.
- Operate as a business in Ohio and register with the Ohio Secretary of State if required.
- Submit ownership, control, tax, business formation, and management documentation.
