About this program
The Full Employment Act provides a one-time $1,000 Alabama tax credit for each qualifying new job created by eligible small businesses with 50 or fewer employees.
Eligibility
Alabama small businesses with 50 or fewer employees that create qualifying full-time jobs.
Requirements
- Create eligible new full-time jobs
- Pay more than required minimum hourly wage threshold
- Complete required My Alabama Taxes precertification
