About this program
The Iowa Industrial New Jobs Training Program, known as 260E, provides training funds for businesses expanding their Iowa workforce. In Cedar Rapids, Kirkwood Community College can finance training through bonds repaid by diverted withholding from new positions, making training funds available at little or no net cost to qualifying employers.
Eligibility
Businesses creating new jobs in Iowa and partnering with Kirkwood Community College on eligible training projects.
