New York adult-use, medical cannabis, cannabinoid hemp, and hemp businesses, workers, and job seekers seeking cannabis employment and business workforce resources.
Requirements
- Use NYSDOL Cannabis Employment and Education Development resources.
- Ensure workers performing licensed cannabis activities complete mandatory Responsible Workforce Training where required.
- Follow OCM and DOL cannabis workforce guidance.
