Eligibility

Requirements

  • Meet HUD CDBG eligible activity and national objective requirements
  • Submit proposal, project scope, budget, beneficiary data, and compliance documentation through the city process
  • Comply with federal reporting, environmental review, procurement, labor standards, and civil rights requirements
