About this program
Philadelphia's Storefront Improvement Program reimburses eligible business and commercial property owners for approved exterior improvements such as masonry, painting, windows, doors, exterior lighting, security grates, signage, awnings, and cornices.
Eligibility
Business owners and commercial property owners in Philadelphia with eligible storefront improvement projects, required city registrations and approvals, and work completed after program approval.
Requirements
