Owners of commercial, industrial, or mixed-use properties in participating Connecticut municipalities seeking to finance clean energy, energy efficiency, or EV charging infrastructure improvements.
Requirements
- Must own a commercial, industrial, or mixed-use property in Connecticut
- Property municipality must participate in C-PACE
- Project must be a qualifying clean energy, efficiency, or resiliency improvement
