About this program
Lake Agassiz Development Group provides SBA 504 financing for startups and expanding small businesses. The program supports major fixed assets such as owner-occupied real estate, construction, renovation, and equipment, with long-term fixed-rate financing.
Eligibility
For-profit small businesses meeting SBA 504 size, occupancy, use-of-proceeds, credit, and owner-equity requirements.
Requirements
- Work with Lake Agassiz and a participating private lender
- Provide business financials, project budget, collateral, and owner equity contribution
- Use proceeds for eligible fixed assets and meet SBA job creation or public policy requirements
