The Delaware Strategic Fund provides customized financial assistance such as grants, loans, and incentives to businesses making significant capital investments or creating and retaining quality jobs in Delaware.
Eligibility
Businesses expanding, relocating, or investing in Delaware that meet state economic development, job creation, wage, investment, and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Engage Delaware Prosperity Partnership or Division of Small Business before committing to a project
- Provide project description, jobs, wages, capital investment, financials, competing locations, and economic impact
- Receive Delaware Economic Development Authority approval and complete agreement, milestones, and reporting
