Wyoming SBIR/STTR Match Grant Program
Provides state matching funds to Wyoming companies that have received federal SBIR or STTR Phase I or Phase II awards. Matches up to $100,000 for Phase I and up to $200,000 for Phase II awardees.

Eligibility
Must have received an SBIR or STTR Phase I or II award from a federal agency on or after July 1, 2018. Must be a for-profit entity registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
Requirements
- Must have received federal SBIR or STTR Phase I or II award on or after July 1, 2018
- Must be a for-profit partnership, LLC, LLP, or corporation
- Must be registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State
