Eligibility
Owners or tenants of eligible commercial properties in downtown Kingsport may apply for facade improvement assistance when the proposed work meets program boundaries, design, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Property must be an eligible commercial building in the downtown Kingsport program area.
- Applicant must be the property owner or have owner authorization to complete the proposed improvements.
- Project must involve eligible exterior facade improvements visible from the public right-of-way.
