Qualified Target Industry (QTI) Tax Refund — Clean Energy
Tax refunds of $3,000–$8,000 per net new job for clean energy companies including renewable energy, sustainability technology, and biomass that locate or expand in Florida and create at least 10 jobs.

Eligibility
For-profit clean energy businesses in Florida's qualified target industries creating at least 10 net new full-time jobs at wages averaging at least 115% of the area average.
Requirements
- Must be in a qualified target industry including cleantech, clean energy, sustainability
- Must create minimum 10 net new Florida full-time jobs
- Average wages must be at least 115% of area average annual wage
