Eligibility
Florida organizations, community colleges, and employers proposing workforce training programs that equip workers with transferable skills applicable to more than one employer. Proposals are reviewed by FloridaCommerce and chosen by the Governor based on community workforce needs.
Requirements
- Must be a Florida organization proposing workforce training in construction or trades
- Training must provide transferable, sustainable workforce skills applicable to multiple employers
- Must include funding for equipment associated with training programs
