About this program
Nebraska Dollar and Energy Saving Loans finance pre-qualified energy efficiency improvements through participating lenders. Lincoln small businesses and property owners can use the program for HVAC, insulation, lighting, windows, motors, and other eligible measures.
Eligibility
Nebraska residential, commercial, agricultural, nonprofit, and public borrowers completing eligible pre-qualified energy-saving projects.
Requirements
- Project must be a pre-qualified energy efficiency or renewable measure
- Apply through a participating Nebraska lender and submit required energy loan forms
- Provide invoices, specifications, and comply with loan and program rules
