Eligibility
Non-entitlement local governments and nonprofits they contract with in Virginia. Applications accepted on a rolling basis from May 10 to November 15 or until funding is exhausted.
Requirements
- Must work with or be contracted by a non-entitlement local government
- Project must involve planning to address community development needs
- Must involve meaningful citizen participation
