About this program
York County offers a local property tax abatement incentive for qualifying companies making new capital investment, reducing the county portion of property taxes for eligible projects and helping offset expansion or location costs.
Eligibility
Qualifying manufacturers, research and development operations, corporate headquarters, distribution, warehouse, or similar eligible business projects investing more than $50,000 in York County, with job requirements for some industries.
